Beach House is part of a traditional villa recently restored, in a tiny square,  in the oldest part of Lerici. The three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The master bath reclines above the waves. The living room is open to the views from the terrace, but the wood burning stove is cozy in the winter; sofas are relaxing after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The house also boasts two lovely terraces where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea. The wild garden backs directly onto the sea, and through the garden gate, steps lead you to the lapping waves on sand.It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Italian Riviera.

The little square above the old town has 6 houses above the quietest beach in Lerici. Beach house was part of a rambling terrace of sea farers cottages, recently refitted with 3 bedrooms, and open living/kitchen with wide terrace above wild garden steps to the sea. Cool behind the shutters in the summer, or on the private terraces hidden in the olive grove and sunbathe without being overlooked. In the winter, the wood burning stove makes a snug interior.
